1. Services Provided
Top2Bottom Cleaning Services offers a range of professional cleaning and property maintenance services. Specific services, schedules, and pricing will be agreed upon during the booking process and outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
- No Shows: If our team arrives at your property and cannot gain access or perform the scheduled service due to client-related issues (e.g., no key, no access code, pets not secured), a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost may be charged.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Quotes: All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Any significant discrepancies in property size, condition, or required tasks upon arrival may result in an adjustment to the quoted price.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to overdue payments.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Access: Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and areas to be cleaned.
- Valuables: Clients are responsible for securing any valuables, breakables, or items of sentimental value before our team arrives.
- Pets: For the safety of our team members and your pets, all pets must be secured or removed from the premises during the service appointment.
- Property Condition: Please communicate any specific instructions, delicate surfaces, or areas requiring special attention prior to the service.
5. Damage and Breakage Policy
Top2Bottom Cleaning Services takes utmost care while performing services. In the rare event of accidental damage or breakage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate the incident and, if fault is determined, take appropriate action, which may include repair or replacement, up to the limits of our insurance policy.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a specific area of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply if an issue arises from circumstances outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, client interference, unrealistic expectations).
7. Use of Client Equipment and Supplies
Unless otherwise agreed, Top2Bottom Cleaning Services will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies, including eco-friendly options. If a client requests that we use their equipment or supplies, we are not responsible for any damage or malfunction related to the client's items.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process or service delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. 9. Independent Contractor Status
Top2Bottom Cleaning Services operates as an independent contractor. Our employees or representatives are not employees of the client. We are responsible for our own taxes, insurance, and employment obligations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Amendments to Terms
Top2Bottom Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
